Coordinator, Development

AASLD seeks a detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The focus of this position will be the administration of gift processing and acknowledgments, stewardship and recognition activities, and coordination of grant requests. The Coordinator will also support our Research Awards initiative and our Board and Committee functions. The ideal candidate will have development experience (preferably with a medical association/Foundation) as well as possessing excellent organizational skills. He or she will have great communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and association management software is required.

Director, Human Resources

AASLD is looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to manage all aspects of the Association’s human resources function.  Responsibilities include implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits and legal compliance. Applicants should have Bachelors degree and or advanced degree. Five or more years experience in a progressive human resources environment, with at least four years in a management role. Non-profit association experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well in a team environment required.

Finance & Office Assistant

AASLD is looking for an individual to provide accounting and administrative support. Primary responsibilities include maintaining accounts payable vendor records, reconciling daily cash receipts, assisting with month-end closing process, and day-to-day office administration.  Candidate must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. At least two years experience preferably in a bookkeeping or accounting role. Must have the ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Solomon preferred.
