Coordinator, Programs

AASLD is looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking speaker details for a variety of programs, collecting and collating speaker materials for syllabus production, collecting and disseminating abstract submissions for small meetings, and maintaining documentation for accreditation purposes. Some travel is required. Applicant should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, customer service attitude, the ability to work well in a team environment, working knowledge of associations, and strong attention to detail. Job includes a competitive benefits package, including a 35-hour workweek, generous vacation/holiday leave, and retirement contribution.
