AASLD negotiates the best rates with hotels near the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the conference.

ASLD will be using onPeak as its official housing provider and contracted AASLD International Group Housing (AASLD-IGH) for international group travel assistance.

Individual hotel reservations or meeting registrations made through any companies other than OnPeak or AASLD-IGH are at the risk of the individual. If other companies contact you for hotel/travel bookings, they are not endorsed by AASLD or The Liver Meeting®.

Hotel Reservations and Cancellations

Hotel confirmations will be emailed within 72 hours of booking. Individual reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the day of arrival to avoid losing your deposit. For Groups or Affiliates holding 10 or more rooms, the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE after Friday, August 18, 2017.
