Bryan Copple, PhD

I am currently a member of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Michigan State University. My research has focused on the role of hypoxia and hypoxia-inducible factors in liver fibrosis and also on the immunoregulatory properties of bile acids during cholestatic liver disease. More recently my work has focused on elucidating the mechanisms that drive the transition from severe acute liver injury to acute liver failure.
