Coskun Ozer Demirtas
Biography
Associate Professor of Gastroenterology at Marmara University School of Medicine in Istanbul, Türkiye, and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Yale University School of Medicine. His clinical and research focus is in hepatology, with particular interest in portal hypertension and hepatocellular carcinoma, including non-invasive risk stratification, early detection, and outcomes research. He is actively involved in international collaborations and serves as the Communication Lead for the AASLD Portal Hypertension Special Interest Group.
