Cynthia L. Hsu, MD, PhD
Biography
Dr. Hsu is a physician-scientist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego. Her research explores the role of the gut microbiome and the gut-liver-brain axis in alcohol addiction and alcohol-associated liver disease through basic, translational, and clinical studies.
