Danny Issa, MD
Biography
Dr. Danny Issa is an interventional gastroenterologist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. His practice focuses on hepaticobiliary diseases, third-space and advanced endoscopy, and he leads the endoscopic bariatric program at UCLA. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Virginia Commonwealth University, followed by an advanced endoscopy training at Weill Cornell Medical College/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Issa serves as Chair of the ASGE Beyond the Scope Mentorship Program and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and delivered lectures at regional and national meetings.
