Biography

Imran Hasanoglu is an Associate Professor of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University School of Medicine, Turkiye, and the lead infectious diseases physician for the kidney transplant unit at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital.She is the general secretary of the Viral Hepatitis Society of Turkiye (VHSD), the chair of the Transplant Infections Study Group of the Turkish Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (KLIMIK NICG), the education officer of the ESCMID Study Group for Viral Hepatitis (ESGVH), a steering committee member of the AASLD Hepatitis C Special Interest Group, and a mentor in the ESCMID Mentorship Program.
