Biography

İmran Hasanoğlu is a Professor of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University School of Medicine and works at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, Türkiye. She serves as General Secretary of the Viral Hepatitis Society of Türkiye (VHSD), Chair of the Transplant Infections Study Group of the Turkish Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (KLIMIK NICG), Education Officer of the ESCMID Study Group for Viral Hepatitis (ESGVH), a Steering Committee Member of the AASLD Hepatitis C SIG, and a mentor in the ESCMID Mentorship Program. She is also a member of the Turkish Ministry of Health's Scientific Advisory Board on Solid Organ Transplantation.
