Dr. Benhammou is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles and a staff physician at the Greater Los Angeles VA where she practices clinical transplant hepatology. Her laboratory and research interest at to understand the clinical and molecular pathways that lead to hepatocellular carcinoma in the context of metabolic and steatolic liver diseases.
