Mayank Choubey, Associate Scientist
Biography
Dr. Mayank Choubey is an Associate Scientist at the Diabetes & Obesity Research Center, NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine, in the laboratory of Dr. Qing Robert Miao. His research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of aging-associated MASH and hepatic fibrosis, with a particular interest in how nuclear receptor post-translational modifications regulate ferroptosis and cellular senescence in the aged liver. He completed his Ph.D. at Banaras Hindu University, India, and held postdoctoral positions at Columbia University and NYU before his current role.
