Biography

Dr. Vos is a Professor of Pediatrics and Associate Chair of Translational Research in the Department of Pediatrics at Michigan State University, as well as the Director of Research for Helen DeVos Children's Hospital at Corewell Health. She has investigated MASLD in children for more than 20 years, contributing to improved dietary strategies and advancing the understanding of emerging therapies and biomarkers. She has authored over 150 peer‑reviewed publications on MASLD and related topics and has maintained continuous NIH funding since 2007. Dr. Vos is also deeply committed to developing the next generation of physician‑scientists and PhD‑scientists and is supported by an NHLBI mentoring grant dedicated to this mission.
