Mobin Ibne Mokbul, MD

Mobin Ibne Mokbul, M.D. is a Research Fellow in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic. His research focuses on translational hepatology, including cholestatic liver diseases, primary sclerosing cholangitis, liver transplantation, normothermic machine perfusion, and RNA therapeutics. He is dedicated in investigating the role of neutrophils in cholestatic liver disease. Using multi-omics, spatial biology, and translational models, he studies immune mechanisms driving liver injury and fibrosis and develops novel strategies to improve donor liver quality and transplantation outcomes.
