Biography

Dr Rex Wan-Hin Hui is a clinician-scientist in The University of Hong Kong. He received his medical degree in 2018, graduating at the top of his class with the John Anderson Gold Medal. He completed his Hepatology specialty training and also completed his PhD in 2025.Dr Hui's research focuses on risk prediction in hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis B. He has published over 75 articles, including articles in the Journal of Hepatology, Gut, Hepatology, and Clinical & Molecular Hepatology as lead author.
