Biography
Dr. Sadhna Dhingra is Professor of Pathology at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute and Weill Cornell Medical College, and Associate Director of Surgical Pathology at Houston Methodist Hospital. She is also launching a new ACGME-accredited fellowship in Liver Pathology at Houston Methodist, reflecting her commitment to advanced training in hepatopathology.Dr. Dhingra is a recognized expert in liver and gastrointestinal pathology, with clinical and academic interests in medical liver disease, liver transplantation, and transplant oncology. She has published extensively and contributed to multiple NIH-funded studies focused on liver disease and cancer diagnostics. A dedicated educator, she has delivered invited lectures at AASLD, DDW, the Laennec Liver Pathology Society, and other national and international pathology conferences. She is active in several professional societies and currently serves as Vice President of the Texas Society of Pathologists, with additional leadership involvement in the Hans Popper Hepatopathology Society.
