Abhishek Murti, MS

I am a Computational Biologist in the Bruce Wang Lab at the University of California, San Francisco. My expertise spans bulk, single-cell, single-nuclei, and spatial transcriptomics. I focus on building scalable, reproducible pipelines for multi-omics data integration using Python, R, and Bash in high-performance computing and cloud-based environments. At UCSF, I apply next-generation sequencing analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to investigate liver disease and injury, including hepatoblastoma, biliary atresia, autoimmune hepatitis, and acute hepatic porphyria.
