A full annual registration includes access to all non-ticketed programming that supports clinical practice, research, and professional development across all career stages. ELEVATE your TLM experience with an all-access registration pass. This pass offers a 20% discount and includes in-person admission to TLM, the Postgraduate course, ILTS, and Obesity in Medicine courses.
Plan Ahead: TLM will start one day earlier on Thursday, November 5. Programming, including the Postgraduate Course, Basic Science Symposium, and other popular events, will reflect this shift.

- AASLD member registration: July 15
- General registration: July 22
- Early bird registration deadline: August 26
- Regular registration deadline: October 7
- On-site registration and first day of TLM: November 5

Please note: The "All-Access Pass" does not include limited registration ticket items such as Meet-the-Expert (MTE) Sessions, Women’s Networking Luncheon, POCUS Sessions, etc. These items can be added during the registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registered attendees may cancel their participation in writing for The Liver Meeting® at any time before October 15, 2026, however will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after October 15, 2026 will not be refunded. Contact meetings@aasld.org to submit a cancellation.
