Biography

Liwei Du is a PhD student in the Department of Liver Surgery at Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. His research focuses on the development of artificial organs using advanced biofabrication technologies, precision treatment of digestive system malignancies, and the tumor microenvironment in biliary tract cancers. He has participated in multiple research projects at the national and municipal levels and has published several peer-reviewed articles in journals including Molecular Cancer, Advanced Science, Journal of Nanobiotechnology, and Journal of Translational Medicine.
