Biography
Dr. Sujit V. Janardhan is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the section of Hepatology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He completed his medical training, PhD in immunology residency in internal medicine and fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Chicago. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Obesity medicine. He is a codirector of the Rush University Metabolic Health Consortium's Heathy Living Program and within hepatology, he is the Director of the Steatotic Liver Disease Program including the Weight Intervention In Liver Disease (WILD) clinical pathway. He serves as the principal investigator for several liver related clinical trials. His clinical research includes use of advanced data analytics for chronic disease management as well as the creation of novel care pathways to optimize quality and outcomes in MASLD and metabolic syndrome management.
