Dr. Brian T Lee is a transplant hepatologist working under the Hoag Digestive Health Institute. He is currently the co-director of the Hoag Liver Program. Dr. Lee completed his medical degree at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center. He completed Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Southern California. He also completed a Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Lee has experience with a range of liver conditions, and he has published multiple papers in reputable medical journals. He serves on several quality improvement committees for the Hoag Hospital. He is a principal investigator for several clinical trials in MASH medications. He also participates in medical education as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine at USC along with speaking engagements for the SCLRC annual lecture series.
