A little preparation goes a long way in getting the most out of the meeting.

    Business casual attire, comfortable shoes, layers for session rooms, and business cards. Convention centers can get cold, so bring a sweater to be comfortable!

  • Venue

  • Info Desk 
    Located in the Convention Center across from registration. 
  • Badge Pickup 
    • Express registration is located in the Convention Center, Grand Lobby Foyer. The following days, Thursday from 2 - 8 PM, Friday - Monday from 7 AM - 6 PM, and Tuesday from 7 - 11 AM. 
    • AASLD also offers two Express Satellite registration sites at the Marriott Marquis, M1 Lobby, and the Westin DC Downtown, lobby. Satellites will be open on Thursday from 2 - 9 PM and Friday from 7 AM - 6 PM.

Make the Most of TLM

Here's how to maximize your experience: 

  1. Build your schedule early using the TLM app or the TLM planner.
  2. Attend sessions that align with your interests, but leave room for discovery! Browse through 16 topic categories by selecting a topic from the dropdown menu located here. 
  3. Visit the poster hall daily from 1 - 2 PM to meet authors and discuss research. 
  4. Join a SIG or community conversation to meet with peers. 
  5. Follow #TLM25 and tag @AASLD to join the conversation online.

The Liver Meeting® in-person experience includes admission to the meeting's programming as well as the opportunity to participate in networking events, receptions, and other conference offerings, including full access to TLMdX, The Liver Meeting’s (TLM) digital experience.

From anywhere around the world, access AASLD online sessions within 72 hours of the in-person presentation. View what’s included with a TLMdX registration in the FAQ “Registration” section.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the convention center. Login information is available on-site. 

All live-stream sessions will be uploaded to the TLMdX platform within 72 hours of the live session and remain available for 30 days. Additional purchases are required for the Postgraduate (PG) course, OnDemand International Liver Transplantation Society (ILTS), and OnDemand Obesity in Medicine Course.

Yes! The Convention Center offers a variety of options, including: 

  • Concessions: Grab a snack in Exhibit Hall DE from 10 AM – 2 PM on Sunday and Monday.
  • Food Court: The Convention Center food court will be open during registration hours with a variety of options.
  • Starbucks: Need a caffeine fix? Starbucks, located inside the Convention Center, will be open throughout the conference.
  • Coffee at The Park @ TLM: Stop by The Park @ TLM in Hall DE for coffee and a quick break.
