Biography

Susan Horava, a certified health coach, serves as the Director of Ambassador and Lifestyle Management Programs at Liver Education Advocates. After years of battling undiagnosed elevated liver enzymes and debilitating fatigue, an ultrasound revealed her fatty liver disease. This progressed to a diagnosis of metabolic-related cirrhosis. Fueled by resolve, Susan immersed herself in researching metabolic liver disease, embracing the transformative power of whole foods, regular exercise, and quality sleep. She was able to achieve fibrosis regression and a stabilized low MELD score. Through her dedication, she successfully completed her certification as a health coach. Today, she channels her passion into educating others, raising awareness about the rising prevalence of metabolic liver disease, and inspiring hope for those affected.
