Tiffany Mensah

Biography

Tiffany Mensah is a public health educator and Program Coordinator at the Fatty Liver Foundation (FLF). In this role, she develops campaigns that promote behavior change and empower patients through accessible resources.

Before joining FLF, Tiffany worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Epic Systems, where she managed the development of infrastructure projects supporting a population health analytics application. She also gained experience as an intern with Empowerment Resource Center in Atlanta, GA, creating digital content to help combat HIV transmission.

Tiffany holds a master's degree in Health Education and Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University. She is passionate about making health information clear, actionable, and equitable for all communities.
