Best of The Liver Fellow Network

Description

This workshop highlights the offerings of the Liver Fellow Network (LFN) with presentations of the most impactful posts by content creators in the featured core series: Clinical Pearls, Evidence Corner, Why? Series, and Back to Basics. The session also features an inaugural presentation from the new Guidelines series. A discussion moderated by LFN fellow leads and faculty chairs follows each presentation. Through these discussions, the moderators and panelists aim to critically appraise the literature highlighted in the presentations (Evidence Corner, Why? Series); and discuss challenges and pearls in the diagnosis and management of patients with liver disease (Clinical Pearls, Guidelines, Back to Basics). Presenters intend for workshop attendees to leave with an enhanced understanding of the strengths and limitations of presented literature, and increased knowledge of the multitude of diagnostic and management options for persons with liver disease.
