Biography
Gina Bartes is an internationally recognized liver health advocate, patient leader, and founder of United Liver. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived patient and caregiver experience, she advances patient-centered solutions that improve healthcare navigation, reduce stigma, expand access to care, and elevate patient voices in research and policy. Gina serves on multiple national and international advisory groups, including the 2026 AASLD Patient Advisory Group, and is a leading voice in liver health advocacy and public health innovation.
