Jessica Wisocky is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated her career to caring for underserved and marginalized communities. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire with a double major of Biochemistry and Women's Studies and minor of Race/Power/Culture.
Jess was a recipient of the 2014 AASLD NP Hepatology Fellowship. She completed the Fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Ray Chung at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is recognized for her clinical expertise in Hepatology, HIV and Queer Health. She has made substantial contributions to the AASLD as a member of the Hepatology Associates Committee and as the Program Director for the inaugural AASLD Emerging Liver Advanced Practice Provider Scholars.
In July of 2023, Jess founded Pathway to Better Health - a community-rooted health clinic proudly dedicated to serving the Queer and Trans community across the Merrimack Valley, centering BIPOC individuals through medical care, mental health support, social services and care navigation. As a practice, we go far beyond the clinical—our work is grounded in affirmation, equity, and the radical belief that Queer people deserve access to comprehensive, compassionate healthcare.
