Join us for the 2025 Awards & Honors Gala on Friday, Nov. 7 — a night honoring the 2025 AASLD and AASLD Foundation awardees, and celebrating the Foundation's 

decade of impact in hepatology. 

Experience an inspiring evening of passion and purpose as we honor the individuals whose groundbreaking work is shaping the future of liver research, health, and care. With a seated dinner, moving tributes, and recognition of leaders in the hepatology field, the gala will be an unforgettable evening.

📍 Location: Walter E. Convention Center, Hall A 
👗 Attire: Cocktail Attire
🎟️ Up to two tickets may be purchased at the time of registration for $250 (AASLD Member) and $350 (Non-Member); if you are interested in purchasing a table or sponsorship opportunities, please contact exhibits@aasld.org. 

In recognition of the AASLD Foundation’s 10th anniversary, proceeds from ticket sales will directly support its mission to advance research, education, and innovation in liver health.

FAQs

  1. How do I register for the event? 
    Tickets may be purchased at the time of registration. Access the portal now! 
  2. How will I receive my ticket for the event?
    Your ticket will be printed on-site when you collect your event badge.
  1. When will I receive information about guest tickets, dietary restrictions, and other event logistics?
    Additional details, including how to purchase guests' tickets ($250), submit guest names, indicate dietary restrictions, and more, will be provided closer to the event.
  1. Where will awardees, AASLD Fellows, and Associate Fellows be seated during the ceremony?
    Awardees will have assigned tables and will be seated in a central area to allow easy access to the stage and inclusion in video highlights. AASLD Fellows and Associate Fellows will also be seated in a designated area to support video recognition during the ceremony.
  2. If I am an Awardee, AASLD Fellow, or Associate Fellow and have a guest attending, can they be seated with me?
    Yes. If a guest ticket is purchased, AASLD will make every effort to seat the guest next or as close to the awardee or fellow.
