This morning the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) unintentionally released an acknowledgment of a positive FDA ruling on Madrigal's MASH therapy. Like many in the field, AASLD is anticipating a ruling soon and prepared a statement in advance. Unfortunately, this communication was issued prematurely and in error. We have no knowledge of any FDA ruling and apologize for the mistake and confusion.
