AASLD is pleased to announce the election of new Governing Board and Foundation Board members who will begin their terms in January 2022. The 2021 Nominating Committee met on April 6, 2021 and selected finalists for the positions of Councilor, Secretary, Foundation Board Trustee, Councilor-at-Large and members of the 2022 Nominating Committee. Disclosures of potential conflicts of interest for all finalists were reviewed by the Ethics Committee on April 23, 2021. In accordance with the bylaws, the Governing Board elected the incoming Councilor, Secretary and Foundation Board Trustee during the May meeting as follows:
