This activity is a joint activity between the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and Gastroenterology Women’s Coalition. This webinar is the third in a series of sessions supported by the Women’s Initiative Committee. During this session, the speakers will define imposter syndrome, discuss how microagressions affect confidence, performance and mental well-being and offer actionable techniques to manage self-doubt, reframe negative thoughts and build confidence. This activity is intended for hepatologists, gastroenterologists, nurses, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

-Discuss how both imposter syndrome and microaggressions affect confidence, performance and mental well-being in professional settings
