DDW is the premier meeting for professionals working in gastroenterology, hepatology, GI endoscopy, gastrointestinal surgery and related fields. DDW 2024 will take place May 18–21, 2024, in Washington, D.C., at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, and online.

- Jan. 17, 2024: Registration and housing open for AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT members.
- March 13, 2024: Last day for early bird registration discount.
- May 18–21, 2024: DDW takes place.
