Benjamin L. Shneider

Dr. Benjamin L. Shneider is the George Peterkin Endowed Chair and Head of the Section of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital. Dr. Shneider is a Pediatric Hepatologist actively involved in clinical and translational investigations of pediatric liver diseases.

Jimyeong Son

Jimyeong Son is a transplant hepatology nurse practitioner at North Shore University Hospital, where she provides advanced liver disease care, including pre- and post-transplant management. She was selected for the 2024 AASLD Emerging Liver Advanced Practice Provider Award and is an active member of the AASLD Hepatology Associates SIG Committee.

Allison Moser

Allison Moser has been a nurse practitioner for 10 years, with the past 6 years dedicated to specializing in hepatology. She currently serves as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider of Solid Organ Transplant at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She has been a member of the Illinois Board of Directors for the American Liver Foundation (ALF) and has co-chaired the Associate Medical Advisory Committee (AMAC).

Kevin R Leyden

Kevin Leyden has been a registered nurse for nearly 15 years, with experience in<br>medical/surgical, emergency, and addictions nursing. He currently specializes in infectious<br>diseases, particularly hepatitis C. Since joining North Jersey Community Research<br>Initiative (NJCRI), Kevin has led the creation, development, and management of the<br>statewide HCV Elimination Program, which serves all 21 counties in New Jersey and has<br>coordinated care for over 2,200 patients.

Lindsey P Sheehan

Dr. Lindsey Sheehan is the Associate Director of Specialty Pharmacy Collaborations at University of Kentucky HealthCare. Upon graduation from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, Dr. Sheehan completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at UK HealthCare and a PGY2 in Specialty Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at UK Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Services (UKSPIS).

Scott Springer

Scott R. Springer is a certified physician assistant at ECMC's Center for Hepatology Care, also known as "La Bodega". He cares for patients with liver disease and substance use disorders. Scott has presented on the treatment of MASLD/MASH, viral hepatitis, and alcohol-associated liver disease at the local, state, and national levels, and precepts medical providers and students from throughout New York State.

Nicola Pugliese

Nicola Pugliese is a board-certified gastroenterologist who is currently working as an Attending Physician in the Hepatology and Endoscopy Units at Humanitas Research Hospital and as an Adjunct Teaching Professor at Humanitas University in Milan, Italy. His clinical and research interests include viral hepatitis, MASLD and vascular liver disorders. In recent years, the focus of his research has increasingly shifted towards the clinical application of artificial intelligence to enhance patient care.
