Adrian Reuben BSc, MBBS, FRCP, FACG, FAASLD, AGAF is an Emeritus Professor of Medicine (January 2015) at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), in Charleston SC, where he created in 1993 and directed for 22 years, the Liver Program. He retired from clinical practice in December 2014. and returned to live permanently in London UK in April 2018.

Kali Zhou, MD MAS is a transplant hepatologist and Assistant Professor in the Division of Gastrointestinal and Liver Diseases, Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. She received her medical degree from Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, is a Fulbright scholar, and completed a T32 gastroenterology/transplant hepatology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, where she also received a Masters in Clinical Research.

Dr. Siddiqui is a Professor of Medicine at University of Virginia within the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He has deep clinical and research interest in MASLD, liver transplantation and interaction between metabolic complications and chronic liver disease.

Dr. Lee is a transplant hepatologist who treats patients before and after liver transplant. His NIH-funded research program focuses on improving health for patients with alcohol use, metabolic dysfunction, and liver disease, through: 1) early transplant with alcohol; 2) intersection of alcohol and obesity in the liver; 3) public policy and advocacy; 4) novel therapies and translational science. His research has led to lead-author studies in The Lancet, JAMA Internal Medicine, Annals of Internal Medicine, Lancet Public Health, Gastroenterology, Journal of Hepatology, among others.

Dr. Nguyen is Professor of Medicine, a Stanford Cancer Institute member and specializes in the treatment and prevention of primary liver cancer such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

Dr. Carmen Chak-Lui Wong is currently an Associate Professor and Principal Investigator in the Department of Pathology and State Key Laboratory of Liver Research at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). She is currently the Assistant Dean of the LKS Faculty of Medicine at HKU. She is the program leader of the liver cancer program at Center of Oncology and Immunology at InnoHealth, Hong Kong.

Dr. Han is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine, and the Program Director of the Transplant Hepatology Fellowship at USC Keck School of Medicine. She also directs the Living Donor Liver Transplant program. Helen Han completed her Internal Medicine residency, Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology Fellowship at Icahn School of Medicine of Mount Sinai in New York City.

Dr. David Mulligan, an acclaimed abdominal organ transplant surgeon from the Mayo Clinic in Arizona and former Chief of the Division of Transplantation and Immunology, director of the Yale-New Haven Transplantation Center (YNHTC), and Professor of Surgery at Yale School of Medicine, has moved to Reno, NV to help build a kidney and liver transplant program for Renown Health. He also perform living donor liver transplants at University of Washington in Seattle intermittently with their existing full time team.

Markus Selzner completed a residency in General Surgery at the University Hospitals of Cologne/Germany and Zurich/Switzerland. He performed a three-year research fellowship focusing on hepatic reperfusion injury at the Duke University Medical Center. He continued is training with a clinical fellowship in Liver/ Pancreas Surgery and Liver Transplantation in Zurich, followed by a second fellowship abdominal organ transplantation in Toronto.

Robert J. Porte, MD, PhD, is Professor of Surgery and an hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) and transplant surgeon at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He received his surgical training at the Leiden Medical Center in the Netherlands and additional training in transplant surgery during an ASTS approved fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. He subsequently worked at the University Medical Center in Groningen for 25 years, where he served as Chief of HPB-Surgery, Director of the Liver Transplant Program, and Chair of the Groningen Transplant Center.
