Summer Collier, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in hepatology at UC San Diego Health. She has led initiatives to improve care delivery for patients with advanced liver disease, including the development of a transitions-of-care program for patients with cirrhosis that significantly reduced early hospital readmissions. Her scholarly work has also focused on increasing the use of pharmacotherapy for alcohol use disorder in the hepatology setting.

Samantha Ramirez serves as the clinical operations manager for the liver transplant program at USC, bringing a wealth of expertise in optimizing operational workflows and advancing professional development within nursing and liver transplantation. As a nurse practitioner with an advanced degree in healthcare management and leadership, Samantha blends clinical expertise with strategic leadership to elevate patient care and empower healthcare teams.

Esther Fasanmi is a clinical pharmacist responsible for providing pharmacotherapy care for those living with HIV and hepatology related conditions. She is a preceptor for family medicine medical residents, pharmacy residents, and students and serves as a clinical expert for other healthcare providers. Dr. Fasanmi received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

She has been a member of the Illinois Board of Directors for the American Liver Foundation (ALF) and has co-chaired the Associate Medical Advisory Committee (AMAC).

Jeremy Davis is a hepatology advanced practice provider at GastroIntestinal Specialists in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has provided hepatology/ gastroenterology care in the outpatient and inpatient setting for over the past 14 years. He is an associate member of AASLD. He is passionate about learning. He is an active contributor as a lecturer providing continuing education as it relates to hepatology to other healthcare providers through local, regional and national opportunities.

Becky Klemme is a Nurse Practitioner with Avera Medical Group Liver Disease in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at South Dakota State University. In 2014 she completed the AASLD NP PA Fellowship program. She has been practicing in Hepatology since that time. She was the 2020 South Dakota NP of the year and the 2021 South Dakota State University Nurse of the year. She is a faculty ambassador for Gastroenterology & Hepatology Advanced Practice Providers (GHAPP).
