Christopher Sonnenday, M.D., M.H.S., is the Darrell A. Campbell, Jr, M.D., Collegiate Professor of Transplant Surgery at the University of Michigan and Transplant Center Director for University of Michigan Health. He serves as Surgical Director of Living Donor Liver Transplantation and Surgical Director of the Multidisciplinary Liver Tumor Program for Michigan Medicine. Dr. Sonnenday's clinical interests focus on liver transplantation, liver cancer, and hepatobiliary surgery.

Amanda Cheung, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a transplant hepatologist at Northwestern Medicine. Board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology, Dr. Cheung specializes in liver disease, liver transplantation, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, alcohol-associated liver disease, and Wilson disease. She serves as Director of Hepatology Clinical Trials and Co-Director of the Wilson Disease Clinic Center of Excellence at Northwestern.

Mina Rakoski MD, MSc is the Medical Director of Liver Transplant at Loma Linda University Health.

Syed-Mohammed Jafri M.D. is a Gastroenterologist and Transplant Hepatologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY and raised in Detroit, Michigan. His education includes Residency in Internal Medicine at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Texas and Transplant Fellowship at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Gene Im is a transplant hepatologist and Director of the Alcohol-associated Liver Disease Program (ADAPT) at Columbia University, NY, USA. He is founder of the annual ALD-ALLY conference and is serving as the Chair of the AASLD Alcohol SIG. His clinical and research interests are in alcohol-associated liver disease, alcohol-associated hepatitis and liver transplantation.

Kali Zhou, MD MAS is a transplant hepatologist and Assistant Professor in the Division of Gastrointestinal and Liver Diseases, Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. She received her medical degree from Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, is a Fulbright scholar, and completed a T32 gastroenterology/transplant hepatology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, where she also received a Masters in Clinical Research.

Dr. Luther is the Director of the MGH Alcohol Liver Center at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. Arpan Patel is Assistant Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a staff hepatologist at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. His research and clinical programs aim to integrate principles of patient-centered care in the management of patients with serious illnesses affecting the liver. He has specific interest in patients with cirrhosis, liver cancer, and alcohol-associated liver disease.

Lamia Haque, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Yale School of Medicine in the Section of Digestive Diseases, Core Faculty in the Yale Program in Addiction Medicine, Director of the Yale Clinic for Alcohol and Addiction Treatment in Hepatology, and early career clinician-investigator supported a K23 Career Development Award through the NIAAA on integrated care for alcohol-associated liver disease and alcohol use disorder in hepatology clinics.

Dr. Gerald Scott Winder is a Senior Staff Physician in the Departments of Psychiatry and Surgery at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI and a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Michigan State University. He holds a medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. He is a fellow in the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. He completed a general psychiatry residency and a consultation-liaison psychiatry fellowship at the University of Michigan.
