ZOOM ONLY: Patient Engagement Centered in Trust, Focus on Hispanic/Latino Community (Presented by Liver Education Advocates)

This session will be focused on the approach of meeting people where they are and truly understanding the patient community you are trying to reach through grassroots efforts and building trust in a genuine and authentic way to help better understand patients&rsquo; needs and help address them. A large focus will be on using the work Liver Education Advocates is doing within the Hispanic/Latino community and how we are helping to bridge the gaps between patients and healthcare providers with tools, resources and interactions that are culturally relevant.<br />
