Robert Wong, MD, MS, FACG, FAASLD is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine (Affiliated) in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Stanford University School of Medicine, and staff physician in the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Section at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System. He completed gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he also completed a Master's in Epidemiology and Clinical Research.

Dr. Yapali received her medical degree from Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa School of Medicine, English Curriculum. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Marmara University in 2008 and her Gastroenterology fellowship at Ege University, Division of Gastroenterology, in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, she pursued a Hepatology Research Fellowship at the University of Michigan, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, under the mentorship of Professor Anna Lok.

I graduated from medical school in 1996. After completing my specialization in Gastroenterology in 2005, I spent three years at the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Michigan, where I conducted research on antiviral resistance in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and liver transplantation and completed my Hepatology training. I was appointed Associate Professor in 2010 and promoted to Professor in 2017. I am currently working in the Department of Gastroenterology at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Surakit Pungpapong is a Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and a Consultant Hepatologist at Mayo Clinic Florida. He earned his medical degree from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and completed fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, and Rochester, Minnesota. His research interests focus on viral hepatitis, including hepatitis B and hepatitis C, and solid organ transplantation.

I graduated from Cukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Ankara University School of Medicine in 1997, followed by a Gastroenterology Fellowship at the same university in 2000. Later, I served as a research fellow in Hepatology at the University of Kentucky Medical School (Lexington, KY-USA) and completed a clinical fellowship in Transplant Hepatology at Loyola University Medical Center (Maywood, IL, USA).
