Dr. Catherine Lucero is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and Transplant Hepatologist at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation. She is also the fellowship director of the Transplant Hepatology Fellowship. She is a clinician educator whose interests include access to care and health literacy.

Alan L. Hutchison is an MD- and PhD- trained transplant hepatologist-scientist and Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the University of Chicago. He obtained his B.S. in Physics from Yale University, followed by an M.D. and Ph.D. in Computational Biology and Biophysics from the University of Chicago. His PhD thesis focused on developing statistical methods for understanding circadian rhythm data.

Wesam Aleyadeh is a Clinical Hepatology Fellow at the National Institutes of Health Liver Diseases Branch (NIDDK). His training includes internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Toronto Centre for Liver Disease with Dr. Jordan Feld. His research focuses on HCV donor-positive recipient-negative solid organ transplants, porto-sinusoidal vascular disorder and non-cirrhotic portal hypertension, and acute-on-chronic liver failure and medical intensive liver units.

Second year gastroenterology fellow at UCLA with plans to pursue advanced training in hepatology and transplant hepatology. She aspires to build a career as a clinician-researcher, with a focus on health services research aimed at addressing health inequities among patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Her research interests in health services research includes work grounded in amplifying patient perspectives to inform more equitable and patient-centered models of care.

Ram Sundaresh is a GI & Hepatology fellow at the University of Michigan. He is board certified in addiction medicine and passionate about caring for underserved patients, especially those with liver disease and substance use. His research has examined the impact of pharmacotherapy for alcohol use disorder among patients with advanced liver disease.

Gina Madison is the Executive Director and a Board Member of Liver Education Advocates (LEA), a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing liver health through education, awareness, advocacy, and patient support. Since joining LEA in 2019, she has helped expand the organization's national reach through innovative education programs, community partnerships, and culturally responsive initiatives that empower individuals affected by liver disease.

I am a pediatric gastroenterologist with expertise in pediatric nutrition and obesity at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. I am a Professor at the University of Cincinnati, the Program Director of our Advanced Nutrition Fellowship and the Associate Program Director of our Steatohepatitis Center. My clinical research is focused on MASLD.
