Brian Kim, MD is a transplant hepatologist specializing in the treatment of patients with acute and chronic liver disease, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Dr. Kim is board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) where he serves as a member of the AASLD Maintenance of Certification Committee. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and serves on the ACG Training Committee.

Nicole Rich, MD, MSCS is an Assistant Professor of Medicine, the Associate Director of the Liver Tumor program and the Associate Director of Clinical Research for the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases at UT Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW). She earned her medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed internal medicine residency, gastroenterology fellowship (NIH T32 research track) and transplant hepatology fellowship at UTSW, where she also earned a master's of science in clinical research.

Dr. Crismale is an Associate Professor of Medicine and transplant hepatologist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Hospital. He is the associate program director for the transplant hepatology fellowship program at Mount Sinai, where he has developed a robust curriculum for the education of transplant hepatology fellows as well as GI fellows from Mount Sinai and its affiliate programs. His clinical and research interests center around the care of patients with portal hypertension and decompensated cirrhosis.

I am a pediatric transplant hepatologist with 17 years experience as a fellowship program director (pediatric transplant hepatology fellowship and pediatric GI fellowship program). I have served as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Training Committee which oversees training initiatives for all pediatric GI programs.

Vinay Jahagirdar, MD, is a gastroenterology fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA, with a focused interest in transplant hepatology, portal hypertension, MASLD/MASH, and medical education. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and national abstracts spanning hepatology, outcomes research, quality improvement, and artificial intelligence in gastroenterology. He serves as National Co-Lead of the AASLD Liver Fellow Network, where he helps lead trainee-focused education, mentorship, and scholarly initiatives.
