Glyceraldehyde‐3‐phosphate dehydrogenase promotes liver tumorigenesis by modulating phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase

Using GAPDH transgenic mouse and a mouse model of diethylnitrosamine‐induced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), here we show that GAPDH overexpression aggravated tumor development by activating cell proliferation and inflammation.
